UXM#349:Maggott,the Australian mutant sees many memories, but none of his own. He searches for Magneto now called Joseph.
Trish Tilby is pulled away from the caves and is met by the now not so blue beast! This all happened due to their powers being negated.
Gambit sits at a fire elswhere thinking about the sins of his past.Rogue approaches him saying she loves him. He walks away claiming she doesn't know him. Spat tells Rogue to sift through the memories she absorbed. She sees 8 shadows and a shadow of Gambit crouching down. Spat asks her if they're arguing. Rogue can't tell 'cuz she's afraid of what she might find out. New York City... Maggott ponders and then Psylocke gives him one heckuva kick! 3 to be x-act. He grows and 2 slugs begin eating everything in sight. as one goes towards Elizabeth Angel hits it with a flag pole. Joseph appears and lets the X-men know that the other team is captured by Operation:Zero Tolerance. Gambit gets up unshackled. Rogue questions him and he claims that he would've escaped but the team had no plan. They all try to exit but Nanny stops them. Her head is busted and 'She' is destroyed. The marvelous mutants gain their powers once more. But who hit Nanny? Gambit sheds a little light on this case and Trish Tilby is sen with a crowbar in her hands,with the Beast behind her. Gambit then tells Spat that he's turning himself over...to the truth.

The X-Men:Rogue,Joseph,Gambit,and two bounty hunters known as Spat and Grovel land on earth. Finding themselves in some strange area. The are in caves and are pursude by The Nanny's hencmen(I guess). They then realize that their location is Magneto's hidden base! As they try to battle, they lose their powers due to an anti-mutant power system inside the Nanny! The X-men are captured and taken elsewhere. While Deathbird rehabilitates Bishop and tells him his friends are dead. She then claims thast he will rule along her side. Back to the X-men. Spat vents by letting Remy know how much she despisews him. Lebeau then tries to pick the lock on the shackles. When Rogue begins to act weird. He pputs his arm on her and I qoute she says"off. I said get yer filthy HANDS off me, PUNK! ESSEX paid ya BIG TIME to do yer job,and YA DID it! Now, BACK OFF, or so help me,yer guts are gonna hangin' all over THESE TUNNEL WALLS!"
Gambit is VERY surprised. He is reminded when this was said. She apoligizes and explains that with her powers negated all the memories from him are swimming to the surface. Several levels above. Joseph is bangin' the walls. Nanny shows him everything that's happening outside in the world. She says she's just saving him from that. He looks at a picture of Moira Mactaggert and has a need for vengence.
Angel&Psylocke arrive at the mansion to see it destroyed. Psylocke dissapears elsewhere. ANTARTICA...The beast stands there searching for the rest of the team. Wondering where Trish Tilby(Who's in the tunnels following the X-men)is. He notices that the place is familiar. Then silhoewttes are seen behind him.
Back in the tunnels Gambit's sulking. Spat cracks on 'im. He asks her who hired her and why.(she knows him from the past,she knows his secret) She says he wouldn't believe her if she told him.
Rogue goes whack again and says another line Remy's said in the past. Quote"SHHHH. petite. SHHHH. ev'thing's goona be OKAY now. NO ONE'S goin' to hurt you now,SARAH. IT's over. I know dis don't mean NOTHIN' to you NOW,girl...But someday i want you to understand" And at the same time Remy an' Rogue both say"I'm sorry"Then Gambit tells Rogue that since their powers are negated that it'll be the only time.
